The Walking Dead on samannimiseen Robert Kirkmanin sarjakuvaan perustuva televisiosarja. Sarja alkoi Yhdysvalloissa lokakuussa 2010. Sarjassa joukko ihmisiä on selvinnyt zombiepidemialta ja yrittää löytää turvapaikkaa zombien valtaamasta Amerikasta.

Sarjan ensimmäisessä jaksossa apulaissheriffi Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) herää sairaalasta ja huomaa zombien hallitsevan maailmaa. Rick lähtee etsimään kadonnutta perhettään ja löytää muita selviytyjiä matkan varrella.

Sarjan kolmaskausi tulee Foxilta sunnuntaisin kello 21.55. Kausi on pienellä tauolla mutta jatkuu helmikuussa.
