And of course I have never even thought of hurting my kids but my mom used to slap me and my brothers ALL THE TIME. sometimes with magazines or shoe. And yeah it was not okay/legal but everybody did that shit if their kid misbehaved. especially boys would get beaten with flip flops. And today my girlfriend told her mother never slapped her and if her mother would have done it in public someone could have called police!! Of course there is violence in some families and ITS NOT OKAY you should talk to someone and find proper way to get help but the thing I’m talking it’s not like punching them it’s just little punishment that our parents used to do.
